Leadership Elevation Certificate Program & Courses

As global competition increases, companies need a dependable way to produce, groom, and grow strong leaders. This program is designed to enhance productivity from understanding how to bring out the best in teams, increase employee engagement through managers who know how to effectively lead people, create a more positive and nurturing corporate culture where learning is embraced by all, and provide better decision-making skills based on strategy and planning vs. reacting to problems.


We believe that the mission of community colleges, such as IVCC and training partners like AristaLearn, is to grow the civic leadership needed to further society. The function and role of leadership today is very different than in past decades. Leadership applies to more than just those who supervise others.  This program blends the best of Leadership and Technology so that those who aspire to become leaders will be fully qualified to manage technical teams, innovation projects and run large, complex and initiatives successfully.


Who are these programs for?

This IT Leadership Elevation Program and array of Courses is designed to equip individuals to become Exceptional Technical and Operational Managers and Directors.  The courses offer relevant and critical skills needed for today’s workforce, with an eye on the future work trends as well.


This program and courses are great if you are:

Illinois Valley Community College

Illinois Valley Community College (IVCC) provides a high-quality, accessible, and affordable education that inspires individuals and the community to thrive.  IVCC has served the educational needs of its north-central Illinois district for 95 years and it is the second oldest community college in the state. IVCC predecessor, La Salle-Peru-Oglesby Junior College, was established April 24, 1924, by action of the LaSalle-Peru Board of Education, District 120.   Illinois Valley Community College is the preferred gateway to advance individual and community success.
