Prerequisites
- There are no specific prerequisites for applying for the SHRM-CP certification. However, applicants should have a basic understanding of HR practices and principles and be able to demonstrate their proficiency relative to their education and experience. It is also recommended to have a degree from an Academically Aligned program.
