Course Description
The Yellow Belt course provides participants with a foundational understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies. It introduces the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework and its application in process improvement.
Participants will learn basic problem solving skills, team collaboration, process mapping and analysis, introduction to statistical concepts, project application, and preparation for certification.
