Course Description
The workshop is designed to enhance your understanding of essential HR management areas and aligns with the exam content for PHR (Associate Professional in Human Resources) and SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certifications by HRCI. This course complements your study materials to ensure thorough preparation for the exam.

Prerequisites
- While there is no prerequisite to take this course, in order to be eligible for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification exam, you must meet one of the following criteria:
- Possess a master’s degree or higher and have at least one year of professional HR experience.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and have at least two years of professional HR experience.
- Have a high school diploma and at least four years of professional HR experience.
